Success

With our fabric supplies running low I had to come up with a way to call for more donations. So I put on my thinking cap, consulted someone who knew about Facebook and how to use it, and set up a page for Stitch 4 Kids NZ.

Luckily the expert, Renee, was there to help, because I had no idea. Nothing to do with my age mind, just never really engaged with it.

I made some posts that I shared on local sites and also sewing/fabric type sites. What a response we’ve had, amazing!

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has sent us fabric and bias binding and all the people who want to make dresses too.

We also set up a QR code that will take you directly to our Facebook page, I find this stuff pretty exciting – hope you do too!

2024 is off to a great start, thank you to everyone who helped.
